Orange County Restaurants Shut Down Due to Health Violations: A Weekly Roundup

Health Inspectors Close Down Several Orange County Restaurants (April 25-May 2) – Orange County Register

During the week of April 25 to May 2, several restaurants and food vendors in Orange County were closed due to various health violations. The Bahia Corinthian Yacht Club in Newport Beach was shut down on May 1 due to a cockroach infestation but was able to reopen the next day. Texas Pit Bar-B-Que in Lake Forest was closed on April 30 for reasons that were not provided.

San Clementa Sushi Co. in San Clemente was shut down on April 30 due to a rodent infestation but reopened on May 1. Zankou Chicken in Anaheim was closed on April 29 due to a cockroach infestation but was able to resume operations on April 30. Orange County Pizza in Rancho Santa Margarita was closed on April 29 due to insufficient hot water and reopened the next day.

Golden Rose Mediterranean Cuisine in Buena Park was closed on April 29 due to a rodent infestation but reopened on April 30. CTB Eatery in Garden Grove was shut down on April 25 due to a rodent infestation but was able to reopen on April 27. John’s Incredible Pizza Co. in Buena Park, Royal Wok in Orange, Cho Tam Bien in Garden Grove, and Seoul Haus in Irvine were also temporarily closed during the week for various health violations.
